EXPERIMENTAL DRUG SHOWS PROMISE AGAINST ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE

With an ageing population, more than 5 million Americans suffering from Alzheimer's Disease, and with Alzheimer's now the sixth leading cause of death, finding an effective treatment is an urgent national goal.

A new, still-experimental drug known as NTRX-07 shows promise towards that goal. Studies in mice whose brains have degenerative changes similar to those from Alzheimer's in humans show reduced inflammation and increased removal of amyloid plaques, both implicated in the devastating impacts of Alzheimer's.

Presenting their findings at the Anesthesiology 2016 Annual Meeting, lead researcher Mohamed Naguib and his colleagues reported that NTRX-07 enhanced the ability of microglial immune cells to reduce inflammation and clear toxic amyloid plaques from the brain.

"NTRX-07 uses a different mechanism than many other Alzheimer's drugs currently available," says Naguib, "as it targets the cause of the disease, not just the symptoms."

Of course, the path from a compound that shows promise in an animal model of a disease to a safe and effective human drug is a long and uncertain one--12 years on average. We can only hope that NTRX-07 or some other drug (such as a promising BACE1 inhibitor) that can prevent or cure Alzheimer's will run that gauntlet successfully and soon.

I was initially very hesitant to discuss my Alzheimer but i just hope it can still help someone. I feel this will be very important information for all Alzheimer patients, because the most violent element in society today is ignorance. Be it any condition, a healthy diet and natural medicine is a road to fast recovery. I had suffered Alzheimer for many years, I fought for proper medical care and all form of humane treatment with little improvement I went through many sleepless nights and periods of intense grief, as do most families. I was recommended by a friend to use ZOMO herbs for my Alzheimer with high hope and assurance. I finally feel my illness is gone with no more symptoms. The herbal Doc email ID charantova@gmail.com

I have decided to make this post or testimony public. My husband was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s ten years ago. I loved my husband very much, and it was heartbreaking to have him develop Alzheimer's disease, and to stand by and watch him decline in his ability to take care of himself, struggling with day-to-day tasks. It takes away his memory and eventually the ability to do basic tasks. Alzheimer’s doesn’t just affect the person who is diagnosed, it also turns your world as caregiver, upside down if your loved one is grappling with the condition. To be clear, there is no pharmaceutical medicine, no magic pill that have any significant effect on the progressive downhill course of this disease. Not until we use a Herbal Medicine called BRONGEE that put an end to it. He has been well and living his best life. While there may be other different option to into. Never make your own success path a secret. There should be no shame. Contact Dr Rohan with dr.rohanronjohn@gmail.com, It may also help you too.

Most people around the world do not believe there is cure for Alzheimer's/dementia talk more of herbal cure. After my father was diagnosed of Alzheimer's, all modes of medication including donepezil (Aricept), rivastigmine (Exelon) and galantamine (Razadyne) couldn't help treat him until I came across an article online about Dr Rohan and his herbal exploit in treating and curing Alzheimer's. I contacted him regarding my father's situation and he assured me my father will be cured using herbal medicine. We acquired his herbal medicine out of desperation to cure my father, lo and behold I started seeing positive results in my father just about 3 week and what amazed me the most was that by the 12th week my father became completely cured and OK beyond my imagination after all necessary test confirmation. Believe it or not I have seen it all there is herbal cure for Alzheimer's that is more potent than any medication or treatment. If you have Alzheimer's I advise you opt for herbal cure by contacting Dr Rohan on dr.rohanronjohn@gmail.com you shall come here to testify just like me. Believe it or not I have pass the information for awareness.

My parents passed when I and my little brother were just 12 and 8 years. So our grandparents raised us. I had come to deeply love and appreciate them considering what they went through for us. Grand dad became a victim of Alzheimer's disease (AD) when he was 70, this became a cause for concern to us. In the heat of the challenge, our grand mum passed away leaving behind our sick grand dad. It was a trying time in our family. We spent virtually all our savings in search for a cure to his AD. He was subjected to Carbidopa-levodopa all along as a treatment in addition to several medications. The pains and fear of losing him pushed us to look for alternatives away from Western Treatment. In search of a cure for his AD, we flew to India for treatment, yet nothing positive came out from those trips and money spent.
Our search for his cure became intense, as we joined network of those with AD. Along the line, we moved to the internet to enhance our reach. It became a success when we read about Dr. Rohan Herbal Medicines. We looked up his name and saw countless successful testimonies shared by those who had used his herbal medicines for several ailments. Without further delay, we contacted him and explained our Dad’s plight. He gave his assurance of a complete cure in less than 8 months. We thought it was impossible. After 5 years of various travels and medications, it was not our fault to have doubt initially. But we gave it a try and true to his words, we saw very positive results in less than 2 months of using Dr. Rohan Herbal Medicine for our Dad’s Alzheimer's Disease (AD). It has been over 5 years our grandfather has been healthy and living a good life after using Dr. Rohan Herbal Medicine to cure his AD. He celebrated his 80th birthday in March and has been a good great-grandfather to our children. This is not a story, I have to do this to help someone out there. I believe no hope is lost with Dr. Rohan’s Herbal Treatment. If your case look like my grandfather’s own, contact him via dr.rohanronjohn@gmail.com Believe me you will come back to testify.

I read through with interest. I once believed Alzheimer disease has no cure. Well it is true with English medicine, but not with herbal medicine. My Dad experience opened my eyes to the reality of a cure though herbs. My Father was a vibrant man before his encounter with Alzheimer. He was a scientist, hence his mental capability was never in doubt. In 2013, he was diagnosed of Alzheimer. The symptoms manifested through repeating conversation and gradually forgetting things. It became progressive from finding the right words during conversation, to significant confusion and forgetting details about himself. It was not a good experience, seeing your father whose brilliance had no match, totally became a shadow of himself. His doctors said the disease has no cure, just medications for treatment which had a lot of side effects were administered to him. Early 2016, while on the internet, I bumped into a story of Alzheimer, and I read about a cure through herbs with interest. I researched more to be sure it was not a hoax.  In my quest, I contacted doctor Mohan herbs mentioned in the testimony. I got his herbal medicine for my father. It been 4 years and he is perfectly okay and back to his laboratory work even at old age. For your loved ones with Alzheimer or Dementia, take them off English medicine and use Dr. Mohan herbal treatment. Dr. Mohan can be reached through drajaymohanbose@gmail.com

I can’t forget in a hurry my Mom's horrible years of fight with Mental ailment (Alzheimer). My Mom got really sick around Christmas that year. When I saw her in the hospital with all those tubes, I just lost it. I got so hysterical that I had to be escorted out. Soon after that, I got into that altercation with my neighbor and was sent to jail. When I got out of jail, Her symptoms were acting up and I felt so angry.  Dad had already taken her to a state psychiatric hospital. I was really nervous, but I talked to a psychiatrist there who made me feel comfortable. For the first time, she opened up about what she was experiencing—the voices, not being able to remember things, the paranoia. She said, “Your mom is battling Alzheimer.” I didn’t even know what that meant.

He suggested that when she got out of the hospital and off the treatments she was taking there, we try a new treatment for Alzheimer. After weighing the risks and benefits, we both agreed the treatment, given through monthly injections, might help control her symptoms. Meanwhile, I made friends, and gained insight into her illness. During the week, there were movies, cooking classes and education sessions about her disease—basically, activities to help people like her get back into society. I learned about Alzheimer and what some of her triggers were. All told, she stayed there for two months and we left, I was taking her for doctor’s appointments and grocery shopping. It was hard, especially when her birthday passed, I still helped her walk, fix her food and dress her which made me sad because she was very active at 69 until the illness struck her.

I came across a herbal medication sometimes last year called zomo but before we started the treatment, we started a day rehabilitation program, and also started the new medication with zomo. I was working hard to achieve my care goals by following the treatment plan. Her symptoms got under control within three months, as she started feeling better. First she regained interest in the things she used to enjoy, like calling/visiting our family and friends for lunch and going for walks in the park and grocery shopping. I will never forget what I went through, or what it took for her to get here. I don’t take any of it for granted. I consider myself an advocate for people who don’t have any knowledge about this herbal medicine. To anyone who’s taken the time to read this that may be struggling with this awful ailment (Alzheimer), reach out, share, I guarantee you reach out to charantova@gmail.com, and know, that as lonely as you may feel, as hopeless as you believe things are, please know, that there are so many patients out there going through same and you are never alone! reach out to him so you could share your own testimony to let others know there is hope.
